[Kenwood] Kenwood TR 7950

Brian:

I bought my XYL Cheryl (WY5H) one waaay back in the
mid 1980s after she upgraded to tech (she's been an
extra now since 1987 or so).  We had a similar problem
with her 7950 radio and it turned out to be a PLL
phase lock loop problem.
