[Kenwood] Noise blanker on TS-450

Well, I have 2 TS-450SAT's here and the noise balanker is pretty lame on 
both of them.  On my Yaesu, I can see a definate difference when I turn the 
NB on, but nada on the Kenwoods.  Don't think it works very well even when 
working right.  73
