[Kenwood] TM-D710A - Need APRS message help

I need help getting my TM-D710A radio to send messages to other radios.  I
can select a mobile listed on the radio to send a message to, enter a
message, and then press send.  However the message never sends and stays on
my list as unsent.

 

Any ideas?
