[Kenwood] TS-430 PLL Problem...

Hi Ed:

Okay.  I took a look at it. If you START tuning UP form 28.999 this is
what happens:

28.999 Radio TX & RX OK on indicated freq.

29.000-29.320 Radio stays on 29.330, TX & RX

29.380-29.499 Tunes Fine, TX & RX

29.500-29.820- Radio stays on 29.820, TX & RX

29.820-29.999 Tunes Fine, TX & RX
