[Kenwood] IF-10B interface board 4 a TS-940 & Vox prob's

Hello all, I'm looking for a TS-940s IF-10B interface board and PROM, I have the Kenwood interface IF-232C box. 

Also I have 2 TS-940sat's & both are real touchy when it comes to VOX. They just keep tripping even with the speaker turn off no-matter how they are set. Has anyone had troubles with this & is there any mods out there to fix this? Thanks Rick in Missouri WBØGZR
