[Kenwood] Kenwood SM 220 question

Have a Kenwood SM-220 scope in great shape.  Works great but the line on the scope is NOT sharp.  

When I try to focus I cannot get it to the pinpoint sharpness that I like to see and that I see on other SM-220s.  

Not sure if this is the tube or if there are other components causing this.

Appreciate the input.
