[Kenwood] TS-940 build date

Introduction date sounds right Larry, .. I was working at EGE in Woodbridge
VA (now HRO) at the time ... was exciting rig, as it was quite different
than the 930 ... in looks, and engineering. Did not take long though to
figure out that the rig generated hash on transmit ... HIHI ... I sure
wanted one, but never have had one .. YET .. sort of skipped that! But did
operate several, at KL7RA et al ... 73 .. Mark AA6DX
