[Kenwood] RE: 950 Problem

Rick's being modest about his electronics experience.

He has a First Class Radiotelephone license, is the engineer at one of
Pennsylvania's major TV stations, and built and maintains an area
amateur repeater.

When I needed work on my TS-850 to modify the noise blanker, I took it
to him. I couldn't even see the chips he unsoldered.

I'm buttering him up as we Pennsyslvana Dutch say so that he'll fix my TS-430.
