Hi,

I'm new to the list. I'm Bill, KU8H, and I have a set of Kenwood 599 twins.
This summer I had to repair a cold solder joint on one of the CW filter pins
in the receiver (after all these years) and now I need to get some DeOxit
and treat the bandswitches and other contacts in the tranmitter. A new relay
might be in order, too. The rig has been used a lot over the years. Except
for the needed TLC the rig looks and plays really well.
