[Kenwood] TS-930S vfo and memory problem??

My TS940 and TS870 behave as you describe your TS930.  Furthermore,
running freq with the 1Mhz UP and DOWN buttons also retains the offset
from the most recent low end of band.  Sorry to disappoint your
thinking of having a broken rig (sigh).
