[Kenwood] TS-850 Not Transmitting & Tuner Not working

I came down to the shack today, and there's no power output on the TS-850.  RX is fine.

When I try and use the tuner, the tuner appears to be "lost" or stuck and SWR is sky high, and it can't find a match.   

I checked the antenna with the MFJ, and it's fine.

I'm thinking there's either an open/short internal to the radio on the TX path, or damaged finals.  It's just weird that it worked last time I used it.  

Any ideas?
