[Kenwood] TS-570S transmit problem

I've got a TS-570S that won't transmit. If fact it won't even key up from
either the mic push to talk or the front panel transmit button. It will
put out a few watts when I force the tuner to tune. It tunes to the freq
in question with low SWR like it should but still no normal transmit.
Anybody run into this one before?
