My 9130 sat unused in a humid, rock-wall basement for close to 6 years.
When I finally moved and wanted to get back on the air, I found it had
gotten sufficiently humid as to cause some corrosion under the top cover in
several areas around the rear heatsink on clear, unpainted aluminum. The
paint on the top cover, itself, peeled off in large chunks, now missing
almost half the paint on the outside. The aluminum cover is spotless...
that is, there doesn't appear to have been any primer or metal-etch used
before they painted the top cover. The bottom cover was not affected. As
time goes on, the paint continues to peel off the top but in smaller pieces
and it's leaving behind what looks like corrosion.

So I'm hoping to repaint it some day... that is, after I find all the bad
vias on the display/control board  ;o\  ;o\  ;o\
