[Kenwood] Thanks to all for your help on the VOX-3 and other requests

Through the help of this list I think I have everything I need to get the
VOX-3 up and running.

Now, I'm just waiting to hear from the seller in the Netherlands, as I have
already purchased this unit.  

It has to travel over 4,500 miles to get to Seattle.  Hopefully, it will
arrive in one piece.
