[Kenwood] TS-440s & Heathkit SB-620

The SB-620 Scanalyzer maximum input IF frequency is no where near the
TS-440's 1st IF(45.05 MHz) or even the 2nd IF(8.83 MHz) frequency.
Personally, I wouldn't spend the time or effort to try and mod the 620 to
make it work with the TS-440. In it's original form, it was only fair
piece of test equipment.
