[Kenwood] SM220 and TS850 saga

Found it, mostly. Someone has been inside b4 with their golden 
screwdriver,and had penned on the BS8 the incorrect adjust control 
markings and got them way out of wack, which was messing with me and the 
centering marker.

What was happening was when the internal marker was pressed it only show 
on the display in 20khz spread, changing to 100khz it dissapeared. I've 
got it almost set, took quite a bit of back and forth adjustment with a 
small plastic driver.  When I changed bands I had to make drastic 
readjustments to the vert gain and the position controls since the 
display was all over the crt. I'll get back to it in a day or two, when 
I can spend another hour working on it.
