[Kenwood] TS-850 Power Out Control

I had sent my 850 for repair at AaVid a few weeks ago, and I also had low power in the 75w range.  I think there was a switch or menu set wrong, not VR7.

I would tell you what it is, but the rig/paperwork is at the shack, and I'm away for the next day or two.
