[Kenwood] 241 A,gone wild?????

The lithium backup battery is at some state between normal 3v and 0v, causing the microprocessor to become confused.

Pull the battery out, and the radio should work normally, less the ability to save settings while power is off. Then get a replacement battery, put it in, and you should be ok.
