[Kenwood] SSB filter setting on TS2000

I am replacing my Icom 756PRO with a Kenwood TS2000, and wonder what others find to be a good SSB setting for receive. On the Icom, I would generally use a 2.0khz bandwidth on SSB, unless the QRM got real bad. Then I would cut it down to 1.7khz. The TS2000 looks a little different settingwise, since you have to set the high cut and low cut points instead of just setting the filter width. Is 500hz for the low cut and 2500hz for the high cut a pretty good setting? What do others recommend?
