Ham Radio Deluxe supports both your radios.  It's free, but it is very good.
It has various additional functions that you may or may not need, including
a basic logging facility, a very good PSK31 capability, Satellite control,
 etc.  I highly recommend it.

 I have a TS-50S and a TS-440S. I am exploring software control (CAT) for

 I have a full licensed MxW 2.17 and that might be the best out there but
 treasure the wisdom of this group for other candidates.  I am not

 in Logging but understand that some logging software has good interfaces
