[Kenwood] PSK with TS-570, but no audio out.

There are two keying lines on the 13-pin accy plug. One for normal
phone PTT (called SS, pin-13), and the other for data PTT (called PKS,
pin 9). When SS is used to key the rig, then the MIC input is used for
audio, and the PKD (data) line is muted. When the PKS line is used to
key the rig, then audio is taken from the PKD and the MIC is muted.
From your description, it sounds like you are keying in phone-mode
(either with SS or the front panel mic connector PTT). Try keying with
PKS and it should work.
