[Kenwood] TS440 Serial Numbers

It is just a matter of time and climate conditions before all 440s 
experience the trouble. I believe most, if not all, had the compound.

The repair is more labor intensive than anything else. Most, if not all 
components can be removed and cleaned enough to stop conductivity between 
each other. Not completely clean, but enough to do the job. Some radios I 
actually replaced the diodes, as they were the most sensitive and delicate.

Either prepare to have patience and a few hours, or enough $$$ to pay 
someone for a few hours labor.
