True, but once the '102 relays are replaced you have a very fine rig. 
It is similar to having to replace the band switch coupling in every
'830, cleaning/soldering the band switch rivets and putting internal
tooth washers and a separate ground wire on the AVR board.  Once you
are done you have a fine rig that requires minimum future maintenance.
