[Kenwood] TS940S Relay RL2

Dennis,

RL1 and RL2 make up the receive attenuator providing 10, 20 or 30 db
of attenuation.  It is not an uncommon problem.  I have seen the same
failure of one or both relays on a couple of units that have crossed
my bench.
