[Kenwood] TS-700SP 145 MHz repeater offset crystal

Attention, TS-700SP owners:

I need to obtain by whatever means a TS-700SP 145 MHz offset crystal, 
which enabled duplex operation on 145 MHz for that transceiver.  In its 
day it was an optional accessory for the TS-700SP, however today it is 
of course unobtainium.  Does anyone know the crystal specs for this 
crystal?  I'd settle for knowing the crystal frequency (the one written 
on the crystal case, not in the manuals) (it's somewhere in the vicinity 
of  42 MHz and I suspect that it's a third overtone) because I can send 
ICM one of the other crystals I have to use as a sample.
