Kenwood service manuals and repair parts.  Go to:

The TK-380 Service Manual is #B51-8455-10, for $16.80 - a real bargain.  For
firmware, contact any Kenwood land mobile radio dealer for flashing
service.  To the best of my knowledge, Kenwood does not make firmware
upgrades available to end users.
