[Kenwood] ts 520 mic which one will work

Hi all,

I have a ts 520 that came to me with a mic (ultratec something) and it
only works intermittently.  I need to get another mic before field day
and have no idea what to get.  I am thinking an mc-60 but am not sure if
that will work.  Even an mc-50 I guess would work but are there other
four pin options out there.  

One more thing, when I tune the rig, I cannot seem to get full power.
On ssb the needle only goes to the middle, and on cw, only goes to 3/4.
Am I losing a tube?  Or is this a result of using an attic dipole?
