[Kenwood] TS2000 service bulletin numbers

Does anyone know the service bulletin number for
fixing the PLL unlock problem in the TS2000?  I have
the problem where the PLL unlocks when change
frequency while transmitting on 70cm (mode B on the
sats).  I bought the radio used from Burghardt's and
they said they would fix it under their used warranty,
but I would like to have the service bulletin
reference for them.
