[Kenwood] Kenwood TM-V7A Crossband info needed

Howdy Folks,

My uncle Gary Newsome, KC8HEF, has a Kenwood TM-V7A, and he wants to
do the following... He wants to crossband from a 2 meter simplex
frequency, to another 2 meter frequency? Can that radio do this? also,
he needs to know the proper way of getting that radio to crossband,
period.

He's not on this list. and isn't really good with getting on these
mailing lists.
