[Kenwood] TS-570D Tuning Problem

If you are tuning into a dummy load, then you have a problem.
If you are tuning into a non-resonant dipole antenna, you may be tuning into
a very low or high impedance at 20 meters.  If you could borrow an antenna
analyzer, you would probably see a peak or valley at 20 meters.  You could
try adding more feed line (assuming you are using coax) and checking to see
if you keep getting the HELLO message.  My guess is that you are getting
extreme RF into the shack at 20 meters or something similar to that.

I just bought a TS-570 and have encountered a strange problem. The
radio will tune up on any band, except 20 meters. When I attempt to
tune up on 20 meters the screen blanks out and the HELLO message
appears. I thought I had a power supply problem at first but when I
switch bands everything works fine. Help please! Any suggestions or
thought would be greatly appreciated.
