[Kenwood] Pin Diodes for TS-930.

I have a TS-940 that has a strange problem. After it has been on for 
about an hour it starts flipping between VFO-A and VFO-B, the rate at 
which it changes varies, but if you turn it off for a while then the 
problem goes away for a while.

I'm almost afraid to find what the problem is, but can anyone out there 
give me a clue?

I have tried resetting the CPU.
