[Kenwood] PS-30

I have a good one for the list. I posted previously about the great deal I got on a couple Kenwood rigs I got at a hamfest and one of them came with a matching PS-30 power supply. I have run into something I have never seen before. The power supply works great but it will not turn off. No matter how I flip the switch it will keep running. Has anyone ever run into this problem?
