[Kenwood] TS-570D Question

I had a somewhat similar problem.  If I used the control program or a
logging program that interfaced with the TS-570 on SSB, I would get reports
that my audio was terrible.  I tried to make sure everything was properly
grounded (including the computer) but that didn't help.

I help support a contest logging program.  Recently a user contacted us to 
complain about his TS-570 and how it works with the program.  Specifically, 
he says that if the radio is being polled by any logging program, the 
polling disrupts CW being sent by the radio, even if that CW is being sent 
with a separate keyer or straight key.

Can anyone on this list confirm the existence of such a serious bug in the 
TS-570?  Is there a workaround or firmware change that can be used to fix
it?
