[Kenwood] INFO MC-80 MIC

HI,
 I have just bought a Kenwood MC-80 Desk Mic, so i am looking for any info i can find about it,

Maybe you have the user guide/manual ?

or have info on the earthing problems ??? as i read about on eham.

so any info on the MC-80 

going to use it on the TS-570D 
and maybe a TR9000 2m multimode, but will prob need a change of mic plug to suit.or an mic adaptor.
