[Kenwood] TS-530s High Voltage

The high voltage reading on the meter has dropped gradually over a period of
2 weeks and now reads 0 volts but voltage tests ok with an external meter.

Aside from this, all is normal including output power.

I assume this is due to a change in a resistor value, but with my old eyes I
can't follow the tiny schematic in the manual.  Can anyone point me in the
right direction?
