[Kenwood] Knwd filter question

Hi Joe,

    The difference between the two fiters is amazing.  I thought I would 
use the YG-88S filter until I could find a YK-88S (The YK-88S1 is too 
wide)  After I got that 830S aligned I would switch back and forth 
between it and my IC-765.  I couldn't tell much difference between the 
two as far as sensitivity or selectivity , unlike.my other two 830's.  
Nope, it is the 8 pole crystal filter that makes the difference.  I 
would love to get it on a Spectrum Analyzer with a tracking generator 
and compare it to a stock 830S.  Maybe Rob Sherwood would be interested. 
He said he hadn't put a  Kenwood transceiver through his testing ringer 
since the 930S......
