The ts-600 is a nice radio but they are expensive.
Several ts-60 on ebay but the go for premium,
great rig.

CHeck out the ten-tec transverter 1208
you can get them used on ebay $ 90
or kit/built from ten-tec more money.

5 watts to drive 20 m input 
 with 8 watts out on 6 m.
Not rated for use past cs/ssb band plan.

Even the older icom 551 cost a lot used.
