Upon finding out the real need for this equipment, I was set straight by a member of this net. I sent an email to Bill Peterson and asked him to reverse the sale. He said he didn't get my email and that he already sent the item to me. A check of the U.S.P.S reveals that he didn't receive the money until 3:10 in the afternoon of the day of the alleged day in question. ( 01/28/2005) He told me he received the money in the morning and that he sent it out that morning also.

> I can't afford to lose $160.00 I sent him and he is unwilling to reverse that sale. I appeal to someone in his community to try and persuade him to reverse the sale and return my money. IF you check QRZ you will see that I am a Kidney Transplant Patient and retired. I can't afford to lose this money on something I can't use.
> Also with the high cost of transplant medications I have the expense of trying to support my daughter in law who is married to my son. IF you check QRZ you will note I have a son in the U.S.Army. He is presently serving in Iraq since October 8 and will be there 14 months. I really can't afford to lose this. I am very sorry and embarrassed to have to come to brother hams for help but Bill Peterson is refusing to help me. I wish there was some other way. I am retired on Social Security and need every dollar I receive. Check with any doctor and the cost of transplant medications are very expensive. I guess you would ask yourself, why are you even in amateur radio? Well I need a hobby that I have been in long before the transplant. I was transplanted on 05/21/1978. I have been a ham for 27 years. I hope and pray that there is someone in the ham community around Abilene Texas that would be willing to help me. Thank you in advance for any help you could be in this very difficult situation. I don't ant any handouts, just someone to reason with Mr. Peterson, who has become very belligerent. Sorry to bother you with my problem but I have no where else to go.
