[Kenwood] TM-742A Service Manual?

I am trying to identify a part on the TM-742A.  This would be the entire 
LOWER panel on the face with the four knobs, etc.  My buttons are losing 
their paint.  I know that particular part, just the marked buttons, is 
not available.  East Coast Parts has several part numbers that describe 
the lower panel but I'm not sure if this is what they are talking about 
since there is no schematic/diagram, etc.
