[Kenwood] Question abt TS-850

I dont think I have read all your posts, if you havent already, just forget
the radio and put a resistive load on the power supply and see if it will
produce its rated current specs at 12 volts across the load resistors...
if it will then start on the radio which you then will know has a fault....
maybe you already did this???
