[Kenwood] Re: TS-940S Production Mistakes

I had a 940 I was working on today. I checked the Signal-Noise Ratio and 
Minimum Discernable Signal. I then did each mod and checked after each. 
There was not a big difference in either one. After both were done I picked 
up .1 Db SNR and no change in the MDS. Different radios may vary but that 
was what I found on this one.
