[Kenwood] FW: TS-940S Production Mistakes

This was posted on the CQ-Contest reflector earlier.  Thought it may be of
interest here on the Kenwood reflector.  A later message from an SM2
confirms that they've run into at least four TS-940's with this error.

All,
A Brazilian ham found two mistakes that probably can be corrected in all
TS-940S radios. There are two FTEs transistors soldered in the wrong
position. These two errors affect the receiving performance. All details to
