[Kenwood] service menu settings

[Clif Holland]

What a great way to have a good radio operate like a bucket of doo-doo. 
That's like looking at the position of the coils and trimmer caps on a 
conventional radio and using those settings. Let's see, L30 is 2 1/4 turns 
down from the top, are you sure you are at the exact top???
