Hold on a minute. I think that if we are not concerned about neighborly
relations then ham radio will probably be legislated out of existance.
If ham radio had not been concerned about neighborly relations when TV
came along, and cooperated in finding a way to co-exist, we would not have
ham radio today.
This does not mean rolling over and playing dead. It means that we are on
the threshold of a very complex problem that cannot be solved with simple
bully tactics.
I have not read Ed Hare's comments in the last year or so, so I cannot
really comment there. And yes, I know this is off-topic, so I won't
comment any more on this thread.
