[Kenwood] help!!! pse ts-850

Sounds like one of the DDS chips went out (the early serial number 
problem) and there are Kenwood service bulletins about it.  I suppose 
it can be due to other causes, but this how it happened to me.  I 
recall just following the Kenwood service bulletins to replace a couple 
of DDS chips to make it the reliability equivalent of the later serial 
numbers.  Been fine ever since.
