[Kenwood] help!!! pse ts-850

Got it on ebay. I got a frequency display for 5 seconds. Then the Display 
went all to periods.When you touch the VFO knob the display came bac for 5 
seconds

  It started to work by turning it on and off. Had a few good QSO's with it. 
Every function worked except for CW greating.

  I did the NB mod, it still worked. Turned the radio off to rest.

The period display is back. The RF gain control does make S meter move up, 
like it should.

NO RX AUDIO AND IT WILL NOT TRANSMIT!!!!!!

WHAT GIVES!!!!!!!  I HAVE A JUNER TS-850 FOR PARTS.

PLEASE HELP....RECOVERING FROM SURGERY. I CAN DO THE REPAIR. I JUSTNEED 
SOMEONE OPOINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
