Since you want SSB too, the only filter kenwood sells is a 1.8khz.
I have that filter. I like it. When uses with the twin PBT it wil isolate SSB
signals very well.
Even on CW if you narrow down the PBT it. works for CW. using the 1.8
instead of the 2.7 with a cw filter is good too.
The 1.8 replaces one of the 2.7khz. So you wil have more like a 2.2 intead of
a 2.4.
I think it is a yk-88-1.8kc.
You can have a nice narrow 2.3kc or less BW like the TR-7. The narrow 1.8
will give you more choice in bandwidths.
I know INRAD filters are better, but a hassle to put in.
This is just my opinion. Ask around some more.
