I have a TM-731A that suddenly developed a sound in the speaker, regardless of volumn, that sounds like a little motorboat. The radio continues to receive and transmit with no apparent effects from this annoying sound. I disconnected the power to the rig hoping it would "reset" something but nada. Any ideas???
