    Hello Gerald, there are many ways; I do not work psk (it works into 
the mic audio chain, isn't it?), so one way could be turning mic gain 
down to desired level. Another, permanent way for ALL modes, is to trim  
the internal power output setting VR, and by last there's an internal 
jumper or switch to set power output to 50 watts maximum, also for ALL 
modes (this I think intended to the Japan sell models).
 Both are under the Filter unit cover on the bottom of the rig.
