[Kenwood] Jumping Twin

Ahoy!  My Kenwood T-599D transmitter works fine, but it has a small 
problem. I've had several reports that my transmitted signal jumps in 
frequency.  Apparently it doesn't jump much and is only mildly annoying 
to the folks I’m sending to.  But I’d like to fix it and generate a nice 
steady signal.  Members who can help, please advise the cause and 
recommended cure.
